Natural Movement Principles

Natural movement derives from the most basic of principles:

Oppositional forces govern all body mechanics and can easily be utilised to increase functionality, efficiency and ease of movement without pain

Gravity is the main force acting on our body since birth and we can regain our alignment and freedom of movement by using gravity not fighting it

Our body is a system of interconnected parts.   Any part that is overly tense or straining or weak is a disconnected part that can be brought back into connection.

Our bodies are naturally elastic and move rhythmically in waves and spirals.  They’re designed to freely express our emotions and receive in sensations.   All this is recoverable.

For much more on this subject sessions at my home studio at Lenah Valley cost $50 an hour ($25 each for two people).   Larger groups can be organised on demand.
