Shiatsu is a physical therapy that utilises massage techniques, stretching, strengthening and relaxation.    It is most often performed on a futon mat on the floor with the recipient remaining fully clothed.   The word “shiatsu”  means “finger pressure” in Japanese.

  • Treatments are held at my home studio in Lenah Valley.  A one hour treatment costs $50.
  • Cost for lower income earners is negotiable.   Nobody is turned away because they can’t afford treatment.
  • Health Fund rebates are available from AHM, Teachers Federation, AU and CBHS.
  • You will need to wear loose or stretchy comfortable clothing.
